Early involvement

By investing in long-term trusted relations between our manufacturing partners and engineering companies, we prevent quality issues and reduce lead-time and product costs. We exchange knowledge and experience and involve them early in the development process to help them understand the product design intent and think with us pro-actively.

Transparency

The relationship with our preferred manufacturing partners is not exclusive; we can also work well with other manufacturing companies. The decision will always be yours. Our model in manufacturing solutions is transparent: We guide you through the sourcing process for the optimal manufacturing solution. We connect you to the manufacturers directly, thus you can build a long-term production relationship. We will manage the industrialization process until production is running. 

Project management and communications

We offer you a single point of contact and an organization with clear roles and responsibilities. In this way, you outsource your product and project management to a team you know and you can rely on.
In principle, our project management staff will be located near the manufacturers during the industrialization project, keeping communication lines short and allowing a quick response and clear understanding. This way, we make sure that the process runs as effectively and efficiently as possible.
